Amcrest IP3M-956 Device name

I just purchased a few of these outdoor cameras and upgraded the firmware, but it will not allow me to change the device name. I have met the criteria but Save Failed everytime. NAS storage via FTP is always hit or miss. test always fails but there is some incomplete files stored. Anyone have any insight into being able to change the device name? I have (4) 841's and I was able to name them with ease. Please help, these cameras are giving me headaches.
