Amcrest ip2m-481b no time stamp display on live view

I bought this camera 4 days ago. Yesterday, some how my cell phone could not be able to connect camera. (It works for 3 days). Then reset to factory default. It still did not work. This morning, somehow it is back. I don't know why. Anyway, it works again is good news.
However, after recover back, the live view does not display time stamp on the screen. I have updated firmware to be latest on,but time stamp still does not displayed.

I could not be able to find out the configuration to enable this display.
