AMCREST CLOUD RECORDING

Just purchased a 1080p IP Camera
I have it all set up properly as far as I know… I went in thru the amcrest view pro app and set it up… I also signed up for an account on the website for 14 day recording.
I set up the camera to record ALL DAY. Every day
However when I go to the web site “cloud” and look for the recordings there is nothing there
Also when I go to the amcrest cloud app on my phone is says "No activity"

Need some help with this ..

Did you enable motion detection in the Amcrest cloud? Please contact our support by phone or email if you are still having issues.
