Signed up for Amcrest Cloud a few days ago and have still not heard back from their support regarding this but has anyone else been experiencing these issues? See attached screenshot.
It looks like all of the video feeds and services are failing to load, but this surely has to be on Amcrest's end. I've tried multiple computers, networks, the mobile app, etc. Nothing. And none of my config settings seem to stick (ie, video quality).
Is there some special firewall config required? Since Amcrest's support has been totally useless so far, hoping someone may have some insight.
