My case is as follows, in the internet network of my company we installed 3 security cameras (two ipm-hx1b) - (one ipm-723b) apparently because of the configuration of our network we could not configure P2P directly, we used the IP / Domain option. We add the cameras to the AMCREST CLOUD and it is posible to use the live view. however the cameras do not record any event in the cloud. What can we do to solve this.
