Started happening about a month ago, when I try to login to one of my cameras on my phone it just shows a black screen where the image should be and "Network not available" scrolls across the top of it. I'm pretty sure it is not the Live View app or the phones software because the other camera shows up fine. They are both IP2M-841, and I'm using the Amcrest Pro View android app.
Both cameras work fine on the pc.
