account does not exist

i did a port fowarding on my router;port 80
and i take my public ip adresse like this http://19x.xx.xx.xx:80
in my browser when i am out of home.then i see the amcrest login page.there i write user name and my password.then it said account does not exist?
what i did wrong?
note that my cam ip is 1xx.xxx.1.108 in network tcp but what is weard is ,to log in my cam i write in my browser 1xx.xxx.1.100
do i have to click somewhere like ddns things like that to make it work?

Hello,
You will have to set up port forwarding for the http,tcp and udp ports. When you are away, you can either use your Internet public IP (You can get this by going to www.whatismyip.com) from your home computer. Its better to use the DDNS domain name thats available under Settings > Network > DDNS.
