I have a non-working 960H+4 Base Station that displays Video Loss on all four channels. I verified power for all cameras and even hooked up one camera to the base station with a short coax cable to verify that the cable is good with no change in video. On the System Screen what is your Device Mode set at? My base station is supposed to be for four cameras but I only have two Mode options, both that support eight cameras (One option for 8 Digital or the other one for 4 Analog and 4 Digital cameras) . Shouldn't there be an option for my four analog cameras? There is not a setting for four cameras.
Also, can you tell me what Firmware you are running? There is a firmware file for 4 cameras that I downloaded but my base station will not take that one?
