960 Dvr wont power on.

Hello. I have been using my 960h DVR for about 3 years now. Today when I get home my screen is blank and the power led on front is blinking. I have checked the power supply with a multimeter and it has 12 volts coming out as specified. I cannot factory reset as it wont stay powered on. Anything else to check?

I have seen bad power supplies that show 12V with no load, but when plugged in the power drops or fluctuates. I would try another power supply, the ones from the cameras should also be 12V.

I would suggest you to check with different power adopter if that does not help no other troubleshooting i can think of since it wont powering ON.
