In mjpeg mode the video is totally pixelated. If I force it into h264 mode the video is fine but I should not have to do this.
The flickering problem is a separate issue which I've posted on another thread.

In case anyone wants to use this in Blue Iris or iSpy in h264 mode, here's how I got to it;
Blue Iris settings:
Address: http://YOUR.IP.ADDRESS
Path: /cam/realmonitor
Params: channel={CAMNO}&subtype=0&authbasic={AUTH64}
Camera: 1
iSpy settings;
VLC URL: rtsp://YOUR.IP.ADDRESS/cam/realmonitor?channel=1&subtype=1
Arguments: --rtsp-caching=100
Blue Iris settings:
Address: http://YOUR.IP.ADDRESS
Path: /cam/realmonitor
Params: channel={CAMNO}&subtype=0&authbasic={AUTH64}
Camera: 1
iSpy settings;
VLC URL: rtsp://YOUR.IP.ADDRESS/cam/realmonitor?channel=1&subtype=1
