5400 rpm vs 7200 rpm hard drive

5400 rpm vs 7200 rpm hard drive

Just purchased NVR 4108E and 4 IP2M-851E cameras. Waiting on them to arrive. I purchased a 4tb WD purple from amazon but then I was reading thru the NVR manual and it says they recommend minimum 7200 rpm hard drive. Is the 5400 rpm drive sufficent?
