401 Error Help

This may not be the best place for this, but I am hoping some light can be shed on my issue.

I am trying to add camera model IP5M-1190EW to Scrypted via their Amcrest plugin. I have successfully added 2 other camera models (IP5M-T1277EW-AI and IP5M-T1179EW), but the 1190EW keeps giving me 401 Authentication errors. I know the username and password are correct. Troubleshooting this past simple checks is way out of my league.

I have attached the error log from Scrypted to see if anything sticks out to anyone more familiar with this than me. This very well could be an issue on Scrypted's end, but I want to check all possibilities.
