1080P Wifi Camera User Account Locked

I have waited more than 30 minutes. I have also unplugged the camera several times. I deleted the camera and added it again. Every time I try to access the camera I get the message "User account locked". Does anyone know how to unlock it?

Found it. User Manual section 5.4.5.3 Restore Factory Settings. That worked.

Conclusion - don't bother with devices that have forums and forum trolls. Returning device and thank you justin you convinced me that it is the camera is a waste of time. It goes beck for refund. Crappy company, crappy forum, crappy trolls.
