I recently upgraded to a 4k monitor Now when I bring up the camera on internet explorer 11 with the Amcrest viewer
the image is too big to fit the viewer and it is off center. I've tried all the settings I can find but nothing helps.
This only happens on the 4k monitor, but not on my laptop or my work computer.
How can I fix this ?
thanks

Hello jmf1964,
Please try the below steps for issues with the web interface of IP camera/DVR showing disproportionate image in Internet Explorer.
1) Please navigate to C:/Program Files.
2) Go to the folder named 'Webrec'.
3) Go to the folder named 3.0.0.3
4) Right Click on the WebActiveX and go to 'Properties'.
5) Click on the 'Compatibility' tab and check the box 'Override high DPI scaling behavior ' and select 'Application' for 'Scaling performed by'.
6) Click on apply and OK and now restart internet explorer.

Re: 1080p camera on 4k monitor
I have a 4k camera, and both 4k monitors and 1k monitors. The web access video display is too large on both live view and playback on the 4k monitors, but works fine on the 1k monitors. I tried this fix on the 4k systems, and it had no effect. Is there another setting to try?

Solved the problem! Did the same as above, but in C:\Program Files\webrec\Torch\3.3.16431.0 . Apparently, running the beta software, there is a new version of the WebActiveX...
