Why is my NVRs reverting back to DST?

So my clocks were right the first night the time went back. However the day after I found my clocks were off an hour. So I turned off DST and NTP to combat this issue. Now every time my recorder reboots the Time is off and when I log in to look DST is back on? Anyone else having this issue?

After doing a Factory Reset on my 5232E-16P NVR everything is working as expected now. it is strange that it wasn't acting this way until after the time change. Still have them both off DST and NTP. My guess is that because the NVR is my main NVR where all other connections go for a all in 1 location data storage that it was causing the other recorders to change as well. As soon as I reset the NVR all other recorders stopped making that change at midnight and is only common link.
