Video clip error

Post by lmolter54 »

I have an NV4108E in the garage and I access it through a browser. Everything works fine except today I needed to create a video clip of the neighbor's kids trampling my garden. I set up the time range and clicked the diskette icon and immediately got a 'Download failed!' message. What did I miss? I don't think rocket science is necessary.

Hello lmolter54 ,

from the playback window you can cut and download videos with in a time range. For this, you need to click on the scissor icon and set the start and end time by dragging the scissors and then download.

If this is not working from a browser you can try Amcrest Surveillance software from PC or directly copy from NVR using a monitor directly connected to it.
