Unable to access cam after hard reset

I have a FI9928P Outdoor PTZ cam (Foscam) that I want to install. I used it before but do not recall fixed IP address I assigned along with the forwarding port that I assigned in the router. I have a new router, so I cannot look up the port info. No problem, just hard reset the camera and start from scratch. After the hard reset, the router assigned 192.168.1.35 through a wired connection. I am not able to access the camera at that IP address however....I get the message "This site can’t be reached 192.168.1.35 refused to connect." Tried wired and wireless but no luck. Any suggestions?

Resolved - needed to add port 88 to the address for some reson
