Time Change How annoying

So this AM look at the DVR/NVRs and was like nice they all changed at 2am just like they were setup to. However today with all the settings the same as they were last night now all the cameras and DVR/NVRs have changed to being an hour behind.. So I have turned off DST, NTP and setup time manually so my system don't get back into this time issue that I seem to run into every year. If I setup again as normal with NTP and DST enabled before July thing will go off time again. What a Pain. This isn't only for my Amcrest devices, Also happens to my Hikvision and Dahua devices. What a PITA when you have loads of devices to manage lol
