If they can push you along for enough days, your return window will have expired and they won't have to help you at all. You aren't the only person they've cheated. And thy haven't updated their plugins for more than 2 years, which are now obsolete for every browser, as well as a security risk.

Well luckily I paid with a credit card for this very reason. Better protection as a consumer.
They've accepted the return but man what a fiasco. This was a complete failure from start to finish.

So I guess its time to look into Axis Communications. Way expensive but probably worth it
