I've installed the 720p HDCVI system with bullet-type camera. But is there any outdoor (weatherproof) camera that allows PTZ? I would like to replace one of the camera to allow PTZ in that area.

So I am going to guess that you are talking about maybe the CVI 7204 or 8 or something along that line?
If that is the case I can tell you that the 2MP Outdoor PTZ will work with it while it is an IP camera aka NETWORK driven camera the 7204 that I own can and does have 2 of the CVI ch changed over to Ip ch and I am using the 2MP 841's and have used other cameras with and also able to record audio that they have in the camera without issue as well...
So the Outdoor PTZ 2mp camera will work for you as well...
