only 2 out of 4 sending email alerts

My system is the following:
(1) NV4108-HS
(2) IP3M-941
(2) IP3M-943
I used to get email alerts for any motion detection on all 4 cameras and now I'm only getting it from 2 of them, email is configured properly and all the cameras are working fine, I can see them on my mobile app and on the https://www.amcrestview.com/ website, all the configurations are the same on all 4 cameras but I'm only getting alerts from 2 of them.
Need help here please.

This started like a month ago and might be the result of moving sensitivity and threshold but I had everything back to where it was.
The cameras are detecting motion but they are not triggering the email on 2 of them.

Hello cheves,

If the email is configures through the NVR, ensure that the send mail option is checked under video detection settings for each NVR channels.
