I have set up motion detection successfully and it stores to the Amcrest Cloud ( currently using 4 hour free option ).
I have also requested snapshots but do not receive any on the email and I can't see any on the Amcrest cloud.
Can snapshots be sent as well as video recorded?
Where should snapshots be made available ( I am not leaving my PC connected all the time ).

Cloud only stores videos. Snapshot can be sent on your email address. For this you have to provide your email account settings under setup > Network > Email. Also you need to check the 'send email' option and attachment in 'Video detect' settings. Please check the email setup guide in the below link.
