IP8M-2496E Problem

Purchased 4th Amcrest camera, IP8M2496E. Great camera except problem with motion detection playback. Only can do with PC with IE plugin. When using PC Surveillance Pro or phone apps for android or apple it says "no recordings" for motion detection. Anyone run into this. Customer service has been no help..
