IP3M-956EW Dome Cover Security Screws Breaking

I had ordered 4 of these cameras 3 of 4 cameras seem to have issues with the security screws that hold the dome cover in place. 2 of 3 screw always thread in perfectly fine with no major issues however the (third) screw seems to at the time either have the head snap off, OR be so hard to get un-screwed that I cant even get the dome off and these are new in box cameras! Has anyone heard of this or experienced this with their vandal done styled cameras? I recently sent them a support ticket as well.
