Is there anyone on here that can get an RMA resolved. I determined I have a faulty camera after weeks of back and forth with tech support. I paid the RMA fee. I have waited over 14 days for camera, nothing. I have called 2 different times only to be told they would send update by email. What I got by email was further instructions to send order number back by email , which I have done.
I’m so frustrated by the fact I had to pay to return a faulty camera and now because of a very poor process I can’t even get the replacement camera.
Amcrest was high on my list because of the great quality and affordable product. But customer service is way more valuable and they have failed.
