Forgotten Admin password / account lock

After resetting my Admin password, I proceeded to set up my NV4108E and test my cameras and completely forgot to write down my password (DOH!). It looks like I'll get nine more tries at this and then my system will get locked. Is there a way to do a hard reset on the system so I can reset (and write down) my password?

Hello equerfeld ,

There is no option for a reset on this device. You can contact our support for a master password to unlock the DVR and then you can create your own account after that.

Don't mean to hijack but was wondering if I know my password is there a way of changing to a different password
