Hi Amcrest: I am disappointed in the way customer service has handled my issue (request # 196958) and I am hoping that someone will be able to reach out to me to actually get this resolved.
I purchased and installed the AMDV10808M-4B4D-B in December. Your site read that this model records continuously for 15 days (360 hours in 1080 @30fps)...
With those exact settings, I was only getting 6 days not 15 days. I contacted customer service to see if there was a setting that I missed or overlooked because I was not even getting 50% of the advertised recording time.
The response I received (below) was that with 1080 @30fps, you will not get 15 days of recording time and it would be more along the lines of 6 days. I was told that they would change the listing and correct the recording time to 6 days. Now, the model that I purchased reads 6 days after I brought this to attention.
The options that I was given was reduce the recording quality or purchase more space. Please advise a better resolution.
