External access - who has it working?

I have assigned all of my cameras static IPs. I still cannot view the live feed on my iPhone app.

Login via IP Config desktop software (or through the web browser interface).
Go to Setup
Camera
Video

Make sure the SubStream is enabled. You can change the quality based on bandwidth.

This was not set on most of my cameras (not sure why it was set this way - or if the cloud was changing it).
After I set this, I had much more success getting Live view working.

screen shot of desktop app - you can change this in Amcrest View pro as well.......somewhere....LOL
