Extending the WLD895 cable length

I just need to extend a couple more feet. Can you cut that cable and put ends on it to match the cabling I have now? I"m not cable savvy so any advice or Youtube video links appreciated.

Do you mean the Ethernet cable or the power cable? If its the Ethernet, then there are cat5 or cat6 cables of varying length that you can purchase.
