I can't get a connection to a 960 DVR through local or remote access.
I also installed the CMS2000 software and can login to that but I get a message that reads, "Cannot download staticmaps..." Any idea of what that is?
In the CMS2000 app I see 4 empty panels but no images from the cameras.
Can anyone help?

Hi,
Please try using the internet explorer or mozilla firefox on a windows computer and Safari on a Mac computer to access the DVR's interface. You have to type the IP address and the HTTP port to the address bar to bring up the interface. For getting the IP address and port connect the DVR to a Television or to a Monitor using the HDMI or VGA port. Go to Main Menu > Network > General or Advanced (for HTTP port).
For example: http://192.168.1.40:9999 is what you have to type if your IP address is 192.168.1.40 and the HTTP port is 9999.
