Camera Installation

Per the users manual, it states the camera must remain "right side up". One shortcoming of this camera is when it pans, it can go left, right and up, but it cannot pan downward. I thought upside down mounting would solve this problem, but according to your users guide, it cannot be mounted upside down. Is there a reason for this? Will upside down mounting invalidate the warranty?

What camera do you have? Our indoor IP cameras can be mounted upside down and it will not void the warranty.
