Cam not showing

I have a 1080p IP-842 cam & an Amcrest NV4108E 1080p POE NVR.
The feed on channel 2 shows recording (red dot with white center on bottom left of screen) but no camera feed.
Status shows green light in "Network Settings"
Amcrestview.com shows green light & "EYE" icon opens up with black screen.
I had this working fine earlier but don't know what happened.
What can be the problem?

In the window where you see a black screen, in the upper right corner, click the IPC box.
