any feedback from Amcrest on pro app and cloud app?
For me, the live viewing for ios pro app and cloud app does not work. The only feedback I've received is "its not working" and "we don't know why". It sounds like there are many diff types of issues involving most cameras.

We are still investigating this issue as issue seems to be with limited users only. A work around for this would be setting up port forwarding. Please give us a call on 1-888-212-7538 so that we can help you with that.

pro app and cloud app is still not working. the work around doesnt work.
