I believe Verizon has been issuing IPV6 for their cell phone customer. Just recently, I found out I cannot access the cameras on the View Pro App anymore. I either have to connect to Wifi or join a VPN and go through the cellular network. The VPN and Wifi uses IPV4 but verizon's dedicated internet uses IPV6.
I'm not sure if this is a translation problem on Verizon's end or a problem on Amcrest's end.
I also tried entering the camera's hard coded static-IP and still doesn't work on my cell phone's internet network.
