Amcrest Application Questions - Android Support

Good afternoon,

Camera: Amcrest ProHD 1080P WiFi Wireless IP Security Camera - 1080P (1920TVL), IP2M-841 (Black) (http://amzn.com/B0145OQTPG)
Application: Amcrest View Pro for Android (https://play.google.com/store/apps/deta ... estViewPro)

Whenever I log in to the application on my phone, I have to hit the plus sign in one of the four tiles to re-add the camera for live preview and playback. Is there a way to save the settings so I don't have to do this step every time?

Hello,
One thing you can do is to add the DVR to favorites from the menu button. Then this will show up under favorites on the bottom of the live preview screen and you can activate the DVR from there.

Perhaps this is a feature request from me then. I figured out the favorites and it seems like such a small step to click the favorite and select one but for my wife, the easier, the better. I would suggest adding a function or feature that allows the software to automatically remember what you were doing last and just bring up that same layout on launch until it's changed.
