Account not active

I am so confused... got my camera yesterday (PTZ) and I want to access it from the internet when i travel. I followed the instructions and when I try to log in it says "The account does not exist.", any suggestions?

Hello,
Please make sure you are using the correct username and password. Its also case sensitive. If nothing works, I would suggest you hard reset the camera by holding the reset button (indicator light) on the back of the camera for 10 seconds. You will have to set up the cam from scratch after that. Also try a password that is not more than six characters long.
