2m wireless camera with video breaking up

One of my cameras is no further than 40' from my wireless hub. It has worked well for the last month, but now the video is broken up and blocky. It comes and goes, but not sure why it's doing it, it started when the weather got colder. The antenna is line of sight with the exception that it's mounted under the floor of my deck and even the decking is plastic. I would expect better range, any suggestions!

maybe due to weather change, you are facing signal loss and blocky footage, check your cable again for any fault or dead points.
