Please make it stop opening on its own. It’s so annoying!

Hello and welcome to the forum.

This is something that I have been saying 'behind the scenes' for a very long time. It would be interesting to know how many people feel the same and have been driven away by this feature of the website :)
My AMCREST Cameras:-

Well it was removed from the Forum so that is the good thing couple of years ago.. Sadly from the website and firmware not sure that it will happen seeing they see profit from it or it wouldn't be there..

Being on the forum and always popping up was a major pain

Only reason for replying to this post is because it appears that I can only reply to existing messages on this forum. Anyone else unable to create a new topic? For me, in both Chrome and Firefox, only the subject field is active, but the message body input field is nullified.

This forum was down for several days, with no explanation - not that I expected anything from Amcrest, including at least an apology. Can any moderators provide clarification on these issues?

I also find I can not post a new topic and my profile still shows I am newly registered. I actually registered quite a while ago so I'm not sure why I am stuck at "newly registered".

So I am going to guess with all the Changing over to a Different server the Forum will get repaired as soon as they can get to it.. Personally can't make new thread or even reply to a PVT Message or make a new one so for now I don't know anything more then that at this time.
