IP2M-841B-V3 audio video sync

see a device that we do not currently have and think we should research in to let us know here. The same goes for features on devices If there is a feature we don't have that you would like please request it here and it will be passed along to the R&D team.

IP2M-841B-V3 audio video sync

Please address a/v sync issues on IP2M-841B-V3 and IP2M-841W-V3 cams. Not only is audio-video out of sync, but the sync delay varies mid stream making it impossible to fix in post. To achieve proper a/v sync in a 1 minute video extraction, I'd have to chop it up into 4-5 segments and individually fix the sync on each segment before stitching them back together. I have cheap (much cheaper) POE cams that don't have this issue. Amcrest should be held to at least that standard.

What type of connection are your cameras on Wired or Wireless? Have you tried restarting your Router? This from Clips that are recorded on Camera or DVR/NVR, NAS, FTP, or some 3rd party software?
