Forward camera views without PTZ capability

We have a 5 ptz camera and an NVR that works well. We would like to have the camera views available without the ability to modify the settings, i.e. cannot use the ptz. We would also like to have some of the camera views available on one of our websites.

Any suggestions or references to let us do this would be approeciated.

I assume Amcrest View Pro woud also be a suitable solution, but a bit more involved to implement.
