Back Light Issue

see a device that we do not currently have and think we should research in to let us know here. The same goes for features on devices If there is a feature we don't have that you would like please request it here and it will be passed along to the R&D team.

The AD110 needs a BLC mode like your other cameras. My porch is covered and the yard in the background is bright. The people at the door are often just silhouettes.

@psiebold , i have to warn you not to mess with the ad110 doorbell blc mode or else you will brick it. there are legacy amcrest apps that can access the doorbell blc configuration setting but changing it with a legacy app will brick your doorbell. both hot spot and factory reset functions don't work anymore on a bricked doorbell. i learned it the hard way with my first doorbell.
