see a device that we do not currently have and think we should research in to let us know here. The same goes for features on devices If there is a feature we don't have that you would like please request it here and it will be passed along to the R&D team.

Amcrest Web Viewer

Amcrest Web Viewer thru Google cannot be resized small enough - the minimum size is too large - can you fix the re-sizing - the alternative of using VLC works, but it does not contain the ptz control panel - would be good to allow Web Viewer to be scaled smaller

I tried everything but can't never get Amcrest Web Viewer to work. keeps asking me to download a plug in, which I did but no workie.
