1 Emails again please

see a device that we do not currently have and think we should research in to let us know here. The same goes for features on devices If there is a feature we don't have that you would like please request it here and it will be passed along to the R&D team.

1 Emails again please

So back in the day and my guess it was with the 4216E-AI NVR I had asked that we could get back to the only 1 emails. I am not sure why the NVRs have to come out with 2 emails like Dahua IP cameras and recorders are setup. Start and End there is no need for the End email, it is a waste of having to search though the emails..

In the past I had the 7108-Ai at the same time I got the 4216E-AI NVR. 7108-AI came setup factory with 1 email the NVR 2.. After asking and an update only 1

Now today or at this time in history anyway lol. I have 5108-13 and also a new 4216-E1 and again the DVR only 1 email for events and the 4216-E1 is sending the 2..

Can we get an update for the new line of NVRs so they again only send the email start with Image, No need to have another email 2 minutes later for the End of an event.
