Purchased Blue Iris but not sent product key? ***PLEASE HELP!***

Hi, I purchased Blue Iris yesterday (25/11/2021) around 3:30pm UK time (GMT)

The description on this page https://amcrest.com/blue-iris-downloada ... ion-5.html says:
'**This is NOT a physical CD. You will be sent a license key in your order receipt and the download link to the software.**'

However I have received both the order receipt and an order invoice and the download link was included but the licence key is not included in either.

I have had 3 attempts at an online chat, 2 ignored me as soon as I mentioned needing the key, the last could only suggest I contacted [email protected].
So I emailed [email protected] but I haven't received a reply (only the autoreply stating the email had been received)

I've also tried calling you (I'm still on the phone) but I'm getting bored having listened to hold music for over 45 minutes (at the time of writing) with no idea what number I am in the queue, how long it may be until my call is answered or even, if it ever will be answered :(

I've found other examples where people weren't sent the key on this forum where it was suggested the customer contact [email protected]
So I have also emailed [email protected], but that didn't even generate an autoreply confirming the email had been received so I have little faith I'll get a reply.

I really need this software up and running before the weekend (my trial version has expired) please can the key I paid for be sent ASAP!

Hello and welcome to the forum.

I must say that I'm dismayed to hear of your experience but just so you are aware, the only active contributors in the forum are customers like yourself and they won't be able to assist.

Thanks for letting me know, I had assumed as Amcrest appear to host this forum on their own site they may dip in from time to time so appreciate the correction!

I'll modify my plea to ask if anyone is aware of a UK number which is answered? (I tried the only UK number I could fine which is +44-203-769-2757 but gave up as it ticked over an hour listening to music)
