Black screen after using Blue Iris

Black screen after using Blue Iris

Hi,
I have Amcrest ProHD 1080P and it was working fine with Chrome plugin "Amcrest Web View". However, today I've setup Blue Iris to get the stream and I see it in Blue Iris but I lost it in Chrome plugin. It is black there. I can control PTZ from both. Feels like Blue Iris pushed some settings to camera and now the plugin cannot get the stream....
Any ideas what is wrong?

I haven't heard of that before. I think this might be better for Amcrest Support staff I am sure they can help you with this before we could guess the problem... email ([email protected]) or phone (888-212-7538)

Actually Amcrest Surveillance Pro works fine, so it is just the plugin... hmm, will call support tmr
