Surveillance Pro Access when not on network
Surveillance Pro Access when not on network
I have 4 cameras on my system at work. I am able to see them on Surveillance Pro when I am in the building and connected to the same network they are, however when I am not connected to the same network, I am unable to see them on my PC running windows 11. I can see them on my apple devices when away and in the app, Hoping this is a setting I am missing in the setup? Any ideas?

Hello and Welcome to the forum.
So it sounds like that your Devices on your phone your using P2P and on ASP your using IP. If your using ASP for Recording then you will need it on IP however if your looking to use your device while away really best to use your phone or Apple products as you mention however if your need ASP while away then you will want to remove the devices in ASP and install them again using the P2P method this will need to use SN method (Entering SN) not using IP.
