PSP and wireless IP camera

Post by lmolter »

I just added an indoor wireless camera to watch over the front door through a window. The video from it is perfect on the NVR and on the PC using Surveillance Pro and View Pro. However, when using P2P on my phone, the new camera's video is the size of a postage stamp but the other wired POE cameras are full in their 4X4 grid window. Any thoughts? Am I clear enough?

Sorry not sure I understand. So are you asking why when your in looking at your 1 camera it is in single view and when you look at others it is in multil view?

What camera are you talking about it might have something to do with the type of Sub Stream it has?

No, actually, no matter if it was single view or multi, the video was a small square and did not fill either the screen (in single view) or its grid on multi-view. However... I went out in the car away from wifi range, and it worked as it should. I do not know what that artifact was, but I got rid of it. Thanks for the effort of supplying all those pics.

Yeah ok That is why. Your looking at your Ch-0 of your NVR what that is a look at all your cameras in 1 location. ALso depending on what software your using in your NVR could be a Risky move to use. IF your NVR is able to turn off Zero Channel and you have more then you accessing the system I would turn it off...

So to give a better idea what I am talking about I moved 5-8 off my 7108 and added my Ch1 to 5. I then looked at my AVP in Ch0-1 because on my DVR I have 2 different CH0 and did this so you could see what I am talking about..

Also from one of my NVR's I removed some cameras so you could see what this looks like with Empty Ch and why I think you might be on older FW as your newer FW I would guess looks like this. However I don't own your NVR this is the one closest to yours with the new 4.0 FW installed. My guess if maybe your on older FW 3.5 or something older then 4.0

Because of security issues I have covered the others left online beside the 1 camera you have already seen and left 1 image of Human detection from Delivery man.. OThers covered for Security reasons..
