No playback - ios and Smart Home

I have Amcrest video doorbell, has worked well for several years. Suddenly I cannot playback video on iphone. Video loads but will not playback. I am using SD card in device, videos still playback on android. I have updated firmware, running ios v. 15.3.1. Any ideas? Support was no help, but did mention that there were others with the same problem. Nothing has changed in system - could it be an ios upgrade that caused the issue?

I'm having a similar issue. Playback using the iPhone app just shows a screen shot a few seconds into the video. The video plays back just fine using the Surveillance Pro software. Just started a few weeks ago, so I do think an update to my phone is causing the issue.

Same, get local network error when starting smart home, and playback is super slow, frame by frame. All started after IOS update.
