I could not get the Door bell cam to connect with iPad, yet the iPhone works just fine. I just discovered that there are 2 apps for iOS. Seems the S-Pro app for iPad doesn’t play well. So then I deleted the iPad app from the iPad, installed the iPhone version to the iPad and.......?
Works perfect
The Surveillance Pro for iPad app does not work. Should you have similar issues, try installing the phone version onto your iPad instead.
