I have 6 of these cameras outside. I have it set up where the motion sense detection sends me emails. That feature has generally been working flawlessly since I installed them a couple years ago.
However, about a week ago, all 6 stopped sending emails.
I went into the Configuration menu and tried sending test emails but all of them failed. I confirmed that the passwords and SMTP info was correct.
At first I suspected it might be a Comcast issue but I also have 2 Amcrest PTZ cameras inside and they send emails no problem. Also confirmed that the passwords and SMTP info were the same as the outdoor cameras.
I found an earlier thread in the forum about a similar problem and the solution was to change from SSL (port 465) to TLS (port 567).
I did this and it made no difference.
I can see all the cameras on live view so I know it's not a communication issue.
Still seems to me like it's a Comcast issue since all 6 cameras have the same problem but I'm not sure where to look for a solution.
Any ideas ?
